Report & Execution

With a team member of 4, we were asked to conduct an efficient IMC campaign on 6th July until 28th July 2020. Since we were in the pandemic era, we decided to conduct it via online only. We, representing the online fitness agency which was known as @fitnesscoach.my in collaboration with @f6x.malaysia, initiated the campaign entitled “Let’s Get Fit, Get Your Ideal Figure.” We decided to execute an online platform to spread information on good health and well being.

Many speakers were invited to share their knowledge and views on the various topics of good health and well-being. The platform that we used was an Instagram because it was the best platform to spread to our target. I am the creative director of this campaign where I am responsible for designing the posters, editing the videos, and arranging the social media feed.

For the IMC Campaign Report and Execution, other than completing my part, I am the one who edited and compiled everything, so that every part looks neat and on the right section. I am very particular in correcting the error. In this campaign, I learnt a lot in terms of online engagement with the public, how to gain more viewers and attract audiences to watch our videos, how to deal with our collaborator and client, set up meetings, juggle between study, other assignments, and projects. It could be a very challenging scenario, yet we did this together. So, here I attached the reports, and the posters that I designed.
