Based on my previous attachments in work experience, honours and awards, and projects, it shows that I really possess the leadership skill. I possessed a few high positions during my primary and secondary schools. Most of the teachers believed in me to lead in certain areas. In IIUM, class representative was the first position that I possessed due to my new classmates’ wishes. This is because they saw that I am able enough and very charismatic to be a leader.

   I am also a leader for almost all group assignments. I managed to arrange the schedule, deadline, and give the instruction to my team. I would say that many of my friends would like to let me as their team member due to my leadership skill. I am not a strict or an authoritarian leader because I also do not like people to be robots. However, I do like to act as a democratic leader because I love to have an open discussion, sharing the ideas, and perspective. Thus, we would get the better and right decision making.
