In 2012, I was appointed as a head of academic bureau of school prefect. It is a blessing to get straight A’s (9A) in the final year exam in 2011. Hence, the prefect teacher appointed me as the head of the academic bureau. I would say my task in this bureau was not heavy and less burden as I was given the responsibility to check all the announcements written for every assembly. I am very particular with those things in which it is any language error or not, the arrangement of the sentence, the salutations, and many more which could impact the audiences. The messages should be delivered perfectly. In addition, I would select the chairman for every assembly. I would ensure that those chairmans would practice verbally first and be aware of those announcements that need to be delivered.
