SALES ADMINISTRATOR AT YATIS FROZEN FOOD (2016 - PRESENT)

Sales Administrator at Yatis Frozen Food @ Yati Murtabak Kampung Baru for more than 5 years. Initially, this company was known as Yati Murtabak Kampung Baru which was introduced by my late father, Sapari bin Kartho. He gave the title of the company in conjunction with my mother’s name, Yati. In 2017, my eldest sister, Najatul Syahirah took over the business and she as a Manager introduced Yatis Frozen Food which aimed to sell the various types of frozen foods. In terms of staff, my sister recruited siblings with the advice from my mother, and a few outsiders. I am the one who manages and supervises the process of managing this business.

    Other than aimed to achieve growth and hit the target sales, I was given the responsibility to engage customer complaints with empathy and composure.  Answered calls and entertained customers’ needs and satisfaction. By applying my interpersonal skill, I am actively engaged with those complaints either via social media or face to face to fulfil their needs and wants. Providing the best responses to the customers is essential in order to ensure that they still believe in this company and our company’s image would not be affected.  Moreover, I headed, maximized agents’ satisfaction, and answered their query pertaining to our product and services. 

 

   Second task that I used to do till now is I proactively participated in meetings and created new promotions. My team and I were creating new promotions for every Eid celebration. For example, here I attached the promotion that we have promoted:

I would say this box Combo Meriah has hit our sales. A lot of customers were impressed and liked to purchase this premium box because it contained all products of Murtabak. Other than that, I was responsible for creating posters for promotion. This is an example of my work:

   I was given the opportunity to spell out my mind pertaining to the system of agents and dropships as I got the knowledge when I was the dropship for some companies. I initiated the plan of the system in business in order to boost the sales since we are just based at the home and night market at that time. I created the forms and the list of commissions for agents as well as I have created the WhatsApp support group for agents. Alhamdulillah, now Yatis Frozen Food has 80+ agents in Peninsular Malaysia. Those agents who are hit the target sales of our company would be rewarded every month.

   In December 2020, Yatis Frozen Food already has the 2 outlets at Kampung Baru. I would say that the presence of dropship and agents have contributed to the growth and development of this company. Here are some videos that are highlighted our achievement in my family business:
